When time permits, you can use both CDs from beginning to end for a complete hatha yoga practice session of more than 2 hours in length. You can also choose some of the tracks on the CDs to create different types of sequences: from very dynamic and strengthening to more gentle and passive; from n energizing practice to a sedative and relaxing one. The CD format allows for variety and scheduling flexibility. Depending on the present state of your body and mind as well as available time you can pick and choose different tracks combining them into your own customized routines.
