Coconut Cake (egg-free)

This coconut cake by Didi Rasamayii doesn't fall in the category of sugar-free-low-calorie cakes... but it surely falls in the quick-and-easy-success-guaranteed category!!

Ingredients:
11oz / 300 gr flour
1 packet of butter, melted
1 tin condensed milk (make sure to get the thick stuff, not liquid)
same amount of water (1 tin)
pinch of salt
optional: dessicated coconut (also raisins, etc.)

Mix all ingredients. Put it in greased and floured cake tin, and bake til golden brown (check if inside is cooked by sticking fork or wooden skewer in the middle).
