HEALING STRATEGY
• HATHA YOGA PRACTICE: Fish (Matsyasana), Headstand (Shirshasana). Shambhavi Mudra. Shanmukhi Mudra. Alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana). Trataka. Visualization of OM.
• Cultivating Vision
1. Image – pay attention to how things look, and how the way they look affects you/ surround yourself with positive pleasant visual context
2. Visual feast – art museum (www.jasonlu.com), visually stimulating film, land/seascapes, etc.
3. Meditate to clear ”the screen” and visualize the whole picture of your life just the way you'd want it to be.
.• Creating visual art
• Dreams – write down your dreams, try to understand them. Dreams are the psyche’s communication through visual symbols.
• Meditation and intuition. The flash of intuition is the voice of God.
• Sankalpa (choose one or formulate your own):
I always receive and perceive the guidance I need.
I open to fully utilize the gift of my intuition.
My inner vision is clear and strong.
I trust my intuition and inner vision.
I see all things with clarity.
I am open to the wisdom within.
I can manifest my vision.
I see the world with spiritual eyes and welcome all the gifts that are prepared for me.
I take command of my life and move forward now to manifest an abundant future.
